ABOUT US

Equal Justice Ambassadors (EJA) is a private, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2016 by HRH Innocent I. Ochei, a renowned public interest lawyer and the bestselling author of Navigating the European Union and Its Institutions. Our organization is dedicated to advocating for justice, equality, and the protection of human rights across Europe and beyond.

At Equal Justice Ambassadors, we are committed to ending discrimination, mass incarceration, abuse of process, abuse of power, excessive punishment, and racial and economic injustice. We strive to protect the basic human rights of the most vulnerable individuals in European society. Our efforts extend to providing support for asylum seekers and addressing complex immigration cases, ensuring that everyone has access to fair treatment and justice.

As a nonprofit organization, we focus on providing legal representation to people who have been illegally convicted, unfairly sentenced, or denied their right to a fair trial. We believe that justice should not be a privilege reserved for a select few but a fundamental right accessible to all. Through our initiatives, we aim to raise awareness, influence policy changes, and provide direct support to those in need.

Our global network of partners and volunteers spans Spain, the United States, all European countries, Africa, and other regions, allowing us to create a powerful coalition of advocates dedicated to fighting for justice and equality. Our organization operates with the core values of integrity, transparency, and compassion, always striving to uphold the highest standards of advocacy and service.

We invite you to join us in our mission and become a part of a movement dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.
